When making or receiving a call to or from a Zoho contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho Phonebridge. Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho by Phonebridge and can be viewed in the Zoho call logs. Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho Phonebridge.
Call control features (answer, hangup and hold) are available from within Zoho Phonebridge. Consult transfer not supported.
Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients. Requires Zoho PhoneBridge V3 API / 'telephony and PBX' license, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details. Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU Zoho PhoneBridge integration requires release 3.0.12 18228 or higher. Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
