Zoho Desk (PhoneBridge)
When making or receiving a call to or from a CRM contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho CRM. Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho CRM and can be viewed in the call logs. Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho CRM

Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients. Requires Zoho PhoneBridge V3 API / 'telephony and PBX' license, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details. Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
